What are bulk printing and photocopy services and how much do they cost in Nairobi?
Bulk printing and photocopy is the high-volume copying, scanning and printing of documents using fast, commercial-grade machines. Print Lion prints any size from A5 to A3 on machines that run at 45 to 80 pages per minute.
Pricing is per page and the average price falls as your order grows. The discount is based on the total pages across all your copies, so 10 copies of a 300-page document are priced as 3,000 pages. Black and white is Ksh 3 per page single-sided or Ksh 2.50 double-sided at 500 pages, dropping to Ksh 2.50 single-sided or Ksh 2 double-sided from 2,500 pages. Colour is Ksh 5 per page single-sided or Ksh 4 double-sided from 500 pages. Smaller orders cost a little more per page, and the minimum printing order is Ksh 200.
Cream 80gsm paper adds Ksh 0.60 per page and white 100gsm adds Ksh 0.50 per page. Binding is charged per document: tape binding Ksh 50 (up to 200 sheets), thread binding Ksh 300 and spiral comb binding Ksh 150. All prices include VAT. Use the calculator above to price your exact job and send it to us on WhatsApp.
Scanning is available on request, most jobs are done as you wait, and we deliver to all counties in Kenya or you can collect from our office on Moi Avenue.
Built for real volume
Our commercial machines run at 45 to 80 pages per minute, so an order of a few thousand pages does not tie up your whole day. This is why schools bring us exams and assignments, churches bring newsletters, and courts bring court documents.
Quality printing, fast turnaround
Most jobs are done as you wait, and you still get clean, sharp pages. Larger orders may need a little more time, and we tell you upfront when your job will be ready.
More than just printing
We also bind with tape, thread or spiral comb, and we scan on request, so you can hand over one job and collect it finished. For sensitive work, we can handle the printing at your own premises where that is required.
Cheaper per page as volume grows
The average price per page falls as your order grows. Black and white drops to as low as Ksh 2 per page double-sided from 2,500 pages, and double-sided always costs less per page than single-sided on larger orders.

Common questions
How much does bulk printing cost per page?
Black and white is Ksh 3 per page single-sided or Ksh 2.50 double-sided at 500 pages, and Ksh 2.50 single-sided or Ksh 2 double-sided from 2,500 pages. Colour is Ksh 5 single-sided or Ksh 4 double-sided from 500 pages. Smaller orders cost a little more per page. All prices include VAT, and the calculator shows the exact total for your page count.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum printing order is Ksh 200, so very small jobs are charged Ksh 200 for printing. Binding is charged on top.
Do I get a better price if I make several copies?
Yes. The per-page price is based on the total pages across all your copies, so 10 copies of a 300-page document are priced as 3,000 pages. Enter your pages and number of copies in the calculator to see the total and the price per copy.
What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided pricing?
Both are charged per page, meaning one side of the paper, not per sheet. Double-sided has a lower rate per page on larger orders, so the calculator shows both totals side by side and tells you how much you save.
Can I choose a different paper?
Yes. Standard is white 80gsm. Cream 80gsm adds Ksh 0.60 per page and white 100gsm adds Ksh 0.50 per page.
What sizes can you print?
We print any size from A5 up to A3, in both black and white and colour.
What binding options do you offer and what do they cost?
Tape binding is Ksh 50 per document and holds up to 200 sheets, which is 200 pages single-sided or 400 pages double-sided. Thread binding is Ksh 300 per document and spiral comb binding is Ksh 150 per document. Choose binding in the calculator and it is added to your total. Scanning is available on request.
Do you type or edit documents?
No. We print from print-ready files only and do not offer typing, editing or typesetting.
How do I send my documents?
Send your soft copy original by email, WhatsApp, disc or another method, or drop your hard copy at our office on Moi Avenue in Nairobi.
Do you deliver?
Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, and you can also collect your order from our office.
How fast will my job be ready?
Most jobs are done as you wait thanks to our high-speed machines. Large orders may need a bit more time, and we will tell you when your job will be ready once we see the volume.
