How long does it take to print food packaging?

Do you deliver food packaging outside Nairobi?
Yes. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya. You can also collect your order from our office at 2nd Floor, Tumaini House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links. Export your design as a file first, then send it.
What resolution and colour mode should my artwork use?
Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at the final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine. Printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample if you need an exact match.
What bleed and margins should I leave?
Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge. Keep any text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge so nothing is cut off.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send you a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.
Do you design the packaging for me?
No, we do not offer design services. You supply print-ready artwork. If your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer.
