What is a maze book and how do you order one in Kenya?
A maze book is a book full of mazes, where the reader traces a path from the start to the finish. Print Lion creates the puzzles, illustrations and layouts in-house, so you can order a complete book, not just a printed cover. You can also supply your own interior pages if you already have them. The books come with easy and harder mazes, which means they suit children and adults alike. The minimum order is one book, and the price depends on the size and quantity you need. Send your size and quantity to get a quote. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, and you can also collect from the Print Lion office on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.

How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Accepted file types Send PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI and other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because those are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably.
- Resolution and colour Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine. Printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a sample first if exact colour matters to you.
- Bleed and safe margins Add 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge so nothing gets cut off.
- Send and approve Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send you a proof, and printing only starts once you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
If you are supplying your own interior pages, send print-ready files. If you would rather we create the maze book for you, just tell us the size and quantity and we will handle the puzzles, illustrations and layout.

Do I need to design the mazes myself?
No. Print Lion creates the puzzles, illustrations and layouts in-house. You can supply your own interior pages if you already have them, but you do not have to.
What is the minimum order?
One book. You can order a single copy, which is handy for checking a sample before a larger run for a school, nursery or event.
How much does a maze book cost?
The price depends on the size and quantity you choose. Send us your size and the number of books you need, and we will give you a quote.
How long does it take?
Your books are ready in 1 to 2 days once the artwork is correct and approved. Requesting a physical colour sample or fixing artwork problems can add a little time.
Can you deliver, or do I collect?
Both. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, and you can also collect from the Print Lion office on the 2nd Floor, Tumaini House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
Are these only for children?
No. The books include easy and harder mazes, so they work for children, older kids and adults. Event planners also order them as party and wedding favours.
