Getting your artwork ready
Send your artwork as a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or an AI or other vector file. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links. Export from Canva as a file instead. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample if your logo colours must match closely. Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. You can send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send you a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it. A sample request or an artwork problem can add to the turnaround time.
