Getting your artwork ready
Send a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or an AI or other vector file. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher files are not accepted, and neither are Canva or Google Docs links. Export your design as a file instead. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters to you. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm from the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link such as Google Drive or WeTransfer. We always send a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.

If the file is only slightly off in size, we may resize it. If there is a bigger problem, we can point you to a professional designer who can help. If your file has a quality issue such as low resolution, we tell you how it may affect the print and only go ahead with your approval.
