Getting your artwork ready
We do not offer design services, so please send print-ready artwork. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links. Use at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample first if exact colour matters. A sample request can add time to your order. Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link such as Google Drive or WeTransfer. If your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer.

What file should I send?
Send a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or an AI or other vector file. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher files do not work, and neither do Canva or Google Docs links. Export your design as a file first. You can send it by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link.
Will the printed colour match my screen?
Not always. Printed colour can look different from what you see on your screen. If exact colour matters to you, ask for a physical sample before you place a full order.
