What are school newsletters and how much do they cost in Kenya?
A school newsletter is a printed sheet or small booklet that shares school news with parents, such as events, results and dates. Print Lion prints your design in full colour or in black and white. There is no fixed price because it depends on size and quantity, so you send your size and quantity and we reply with a quote. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once the artwork is correct and approved. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya, and you can also collect from our office on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
Full colour or black and white
Choose full colour for photos and event news, or black and white to keep costs down on routine notices.
Parents stay informed
Events, results and dates reach every home on paper, so nothing depends on a message being seen.
Quick turnaround
Your order is ready in 1 to 2 days once the artwork is correct and approved, so news goes out while it is still fresh.
Delivery across Kenya
We deliver to all counties, so schools outside Nairobi are covered. You can also collect from our office on Moi Avenue.

Getting your artwork ready
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links. Images should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen.
