Getting your artwork ready
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links. Files should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen. If exact colour matters, ask us for a physical sample before a full order. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm from the trim edge. You can send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send you a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.

Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days, once your artwork is correct and approved. Asking for a physical colour sample, or fixing problems in your file, can add time.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
