What is a media backdrop and how do I order one in Kenya?
A media backdrop, also called a media banner, press wall or step and repeat banner, is a printed backdrop on a collapsible aluminium frame, used behind people at events so photos show your brand or theme. The price depends on the size and quantity, and the minimum order is one backdrop. Send us your size and quantity to get a quote. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya, or you can collect from our office on Moi Avenue in Nairobi.

Matte finish for better photos
The matte finish removes reflections, so photos taken in front of your backdrop look professional and don't shine under flash or stage lights.
Easy to carry, move and store
The aluminium frame is light and collapses down, so you can carry it to a hotel, a field or a stage and store it afterwards.
Durable banner material
The banner material is long-lasting, so the same backdrop can serve your next roadshow or red carpet event.
Quick turnaround
Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved, which helps when an event date is close.
Works for many events
Companies and organisers order them for photoshoots, red carpet events, weddings, fashion shows, roadshows, birthdays, stage plays and sports events.
What customers say about Print Lion
Getting your artwork ready
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links, so export your design as a file first. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at the final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen. If exact colour matters, ask for a physical sample before you order, though a sample request can add time. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send you a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.
