What are promotional tents and how much do they cost in Kenya?
A promotional tent is a branded event tent, printed with your logo and design on waterproof polyester and fitted to an aluminium frame. Businesses and organisers use them as a shelter at roadshows, outdoor events and brand activations. They come in two sizes, 3 x 3 m and 2 x 2 m, with full branding (the design covers the whole tent) or half branding (it covers part of the tent). There is no fixed price list because the price depends on size and quantity, so you send your details and we reply with a quote. The minimum order is one tent, orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved, and delivery is available to all counties in Kenya.

How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Tell us what you need Send the tent size (3 x 3 m or 2 x 2 m), whether you want full or half branding, and the quantity.
- Send your artwork Send your file by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link such as Google Drive or WeTransfer.
- Approve your proof We send you a proof. Printing starts only after you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
Print Lion does not offer design services, so please send print-ready files. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside it.
