What are custom printed envelopes and how much do they cost in Kenya?
Custom printed envelopes are standard mailing envelopes carrying your logo, colours and other branding, used to send letters, invoices and documents that look professional. Print Lion prints on ready-made envelopes or makes them from scratch, in white, brown or kraft, as self-seal, window or plain, in single or full colour. Brown envelopes on orders of 200 or more start from Ksh 7 each for DL up to Ksh 14 each for C3. The minimum order is 50 envelopes, supplied in bunches of 50, and the quoted prices apply from 200 envelopes. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. We deliver to all counties in Kenya, and you are welcome to collect from our office.

Getting your artwork ready
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, and we cannot use Canva or Google Docs links. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text at least 10 mm from the trim edge. No cutline is needed. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
