What are NCR business forms and how much do they cost in Kenya?
NCR business forms are carbonless books where writing on the top sheet copies straight through to the sheets below, so you never need carbon paper. Businesses, saccos, shops, dukas and wholesalers use them for invoices, receipts, delivery notes, quotations, job cards, purchase orders and numbered tickets. Prices depend on size, the number of parts, sets per book and quantity, and every order includes printing, binding, serial numbering and perforation. As a guide, 10 A5 duplicate books with 50 sets each cost Ksh 4,000. Forms come in A4, A5, A6 and A7, in duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate, with 25, 50 or 100 sets per book, in single colour or full colour. The minimum order is 1 book for A4, 2 for A5, 4 for A6 and 8 for A7. Books are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, or you can collect from our office.

How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Prepare your file Design your form at the correct size with 2 mm bleed and text kept 10 mm from the trim edge. Save it as a print ready, high resolution PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PSD or vector file.
- Send it to us Send your file by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link along with the size, number of parts, sets per book and quantity you need.
- Approve your proof We send a proof for you to check. Printing starts only once you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
We print your file as supplied, so it must be print ready and high resolution. We do not type, edit or typeset forms. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher files and Canva or Google Docs links are not accepted. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size, with 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and text at least 10 mm from the trim edge. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen. If you want an exact colour match, ask us for a sample first.

What are NCR business forms?
NCR (No Carbon Required) business forms are carbonless books. When you write on the top sheet, the writing copies through to the sheets below, so no carbon paper is needed. Each book is glued at the top with a back board.
What is the difference between duplicate, triplicate and quadruplicate?
It is the number of parts in each set. Duplicate has 2 parts, triplicate has 3 parts and quadruplicate has 4 parts. You choose how many copies you need for each transaction.
What sizes do you print?
We print A4 (210 x 297 mm), A5 (148 x 210 mm), A6 (105 x 148 mm) and A7 (74 x 105 mm).
What is the minimum order?
