You can also collect from our office on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.

How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Send your artwork Email it, send it on WhatsApp, or share a link such as Google Drive or WeTransfer. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge.
- Check your proof We send you a proof of your poster so you can check the layout, text and colours.
- Approve and we print Printing starts only after you approve the proof. Your posters are then ready in 1 to 2 days.
Getting your artwork ready
Send print-ready artwork as PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI and other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher files are not accepted, and neither are Canva or Google Docs links. Export your Canva design as a file first. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen. If exact colour matters to you, ask for a physical sample before a full order. A sample request can add to the turnaround time. We do not offer design services, but if your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer.

Yes. Gloss or matte lamination is available. Tell us which finish you want when you ask for your quote.
What is the minimum order and how much do posters cost?
The minimum order is one poster. The price depends on size and quantity, so send us your size and quantity on WhatsApp and we will give you a quote.
How fast can I get my posters?
Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Asking for a physical colour sample, or sending a file that needs fixing, can add to that time.

What files can I send for printing?
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links. Printing begins only after you approve the proof we send you.
Will the printed colours match my screen?
Printed colour can look different from what you see on your screen. Both CMYK and RGB files are fine. If exact colour matters, ask us for a physical sample before you place a full order.
