Getting your artwork ready
We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links, because these are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably when opened for print. Supply your artwork at least 150 DPI at the final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters to you. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. Send your file by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
