What are printed event tickets and how much do they cost in Kenya?
Printed event tickets are paper or card passes that guests show to enter a show, service, fundraiser or party, and that organisers can number to keep track of entry. At Print Lion, your design and event details are printed on each ticket, and numbering can be added. The price depends on the size and quantity you need, and the minimum order is one ticket. Send your size and quantity on WhatsApp and we will give you a quote. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, or you can collect from our office in Nairobi.

The minimum order is one ticket, so a small church event or a school show does not need a large print run.
Numbering to track entry
We can add numbering to your tickets, which helps you keep count of tickets sold and guests admitted.
Security numbering available
If you need extra protection against copied tickets, security numbering is available as a separate product.

We deliver across Kenya, not only in Nairobi. You can also collect from our office at Tumaini House, Moi Avenue.

Getting your artwork ready
Send print-ready artwork. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, so export your design as a file first. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters to you. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it. If your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer.

Will I see a proof before my tickets are printed?

Printed colour can look different from what you see on your screen. If exact colour matters, ask for a physical sample before you place your full order.
What if my ticket design has a problem?
If your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer who can help. Once your artwork is correct, send it to us and we will proof it.
