What is a 5-minute journal and how do I order one in Kenya?
A 5-minute journal is a short daily journal you fill in with a few quick entries each morning and each evening, so it only takes about five minutes to use. Print Lion designs the inside pages for you, so the work covers the whole journal and not just the cover, and you can carry your own branding on it. If you prefer, you can supply your own interior pages. The minimum order is one journal, and the price depends on size and quantity, so you send your size and quantity to get a quote. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, and you can also collect from the Print Lion office on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
The whole journal, not just the cover
Print Lion designs the inside pages for you, so your morning and evening prompts, layout and branding all come together as one finished journal. You are not left to sort out the interior yourself.
Ready in 1 to 2 days
Once your artwork is correct and approved, your journal is ready in 1 to 2 days. That quick turnaround suits a programme date or a staff gifting deadline that is already close.
Order one, or order plenty
The minimum order is a single journal, so one person can order for themselves. Churches, schools and companies can order enough for a whole programme, team or gift run.
Carry your own branding
Add your logo, colours and name to the journal so it fits a staff programme, a church group or a school activity. It becomes a branded item people actually use every day.
What customers say about Print Lion
Getting your artwork ready
Send your artwork by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. Print Lion sends you a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher files are not accepted, and neither are Canva or Google Docs links. Keep resolution at a minimum of 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10mm inside the trim edge.
