Getting your artwork ready
Send your artwork as a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI or other vector file. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because those are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout once opened elsewhere. Keep resolution at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only print after you approve it.
