What is a habit journal and how do you order one in Kenya?
A habit journal is a journal and tracker where you record your daily habits and watch your progress over time. Print Lion prints habit journals for individuals, students, professionals and journaling fans, as well as churches, schools and companies that buy them for programmes, staff and gifts. The price depends on size and quantity, and the minimum order is one journal. To get a quote, send your size and quantity on WhatsApp. Orders are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya, and you can also collect from the Print Lion office in Nairobi.
Designed inside and out
Print Lion designs the inside pages in-house, not just the cover. So your habit journal is built around how you track, with trackers and layouts that actually fit your habits.
Your pages or ours
You can supply your own interior pages ready to print, or have Print Lion design them for you. Either way you get a proof to approve before anything is printed.
Ready in 1 to 2 days
Once your artwork is correct and approved, your journal is ready in 1 to 2 days. That keeps you on track for a programme start date or a gifting deadline.
Order just one, or many
The minimum order is one journal, so a single buyer and a company ordering for staff are both welcome. Add your branding when you need a set that matches.
What customers say about Print Lion
Getting your artwork ready
Send your artwork as a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI or other vector file. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher files are not accepted, and neither are Canva or Google Docs links. Keep resolution at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look a little different from your screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. Print Lion sends a proof and printing starts only after you approve it.
