Getting your artwork ready
Send a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or an AI or other vector file. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links, because these editing formats do not reliably keep fonts, colours and layout. Export your report as a PDF instead. Files should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample first if exact colour matters. Allow a 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm from the trim edge. Send files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We do not offer design services, but if your file has a problem we cannot fix we can point you to a professional designer.
