Send your artwork as a PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or an AI or other vector file. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher files are not accepted, and neither are Canva or Google Docs links. Export your design as a file instead. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. CMYK and RGB are both fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen.
