The following terms of service apply to all services we offer.

Printing services

If you want to confirm what your work will look like, we can make a SAMPLE on request. However, that will increase the order processing time. We will produce the order according to our strict internal quality standards if you do not request a sample.

We cannot guarantee a perfect colour match for customer-provided samples, but we will strive to be as close as possible. In such cases, we will make a sample for approval.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without warning. We will make all price change public on our product pages.

Payment and refunds

• We request full upfront payment for all orders below Ksh 20,000
• We will offer a full refund only if we have not started working on your order. If work on your order has started, we will offer a partial refund.
• Payments for design fees are not refundable.

Accepted Payment methods

We accept the following payments:

• M-pesa
• Bank transfers
• Wise.com payments
• Cheques
• LPOs from companies with customer accounts.

We do not accept cash and crypto payments.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery to destinations within Nairobi CBD only.

Samples

You can view samples of our previous work at our office. You can also request delivery of samples to your office or home at your cost.

We can print samples of your work or design before the full order. We will bill you for such samples.

Use of past work for marketing

We take photos of all work we complete. We use these photos for marketing purposes.

By making an order, you give consent for us to use photos of your work for marketing purposes.
