Getting your artwork ready
Send your design file plus a separate Excel data sheet listing your numbers, barcodes and QR codes. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Publisher or design files as artwork, and we cannot work from Canva or Google Docs links. The Excel sheet is only for your codes and numbers, not for the artwork itself. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and codes at least 3 mm from the trim edge. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and start printing only once you approve it.
