Getting your artwork ready
Send print-ready artwork by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because those are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably. Keep resolution at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, but printed colour can look different from what you see on screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text and graphics at least 10mm from the trim edge. For a custom shape, supply the artwork with the cutline. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
