Getting your artwork ready
You supply the certificate design as print-ready artwork, and the names and details in a separate Excel sheet. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files for the design. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, as artwork. The Excel sheet of names is accepted, that is separate from the design file. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, but keep in mind that printed colour can look different from what you see on screen. Include 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 10 mm from the edge so nothing gets cut off. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing after you approve it. Please note we do not print counterfeit certificates.
