Getting your artwork ready
Send your artwork by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, since those are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably for print. Files should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can differ from what you see on screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Add 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 3mm inside the trim edge. For custom shapes, supply your artwork with the cutline included. We always send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
