How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Use an accepted file type We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because these are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably. For custom shapes, supply a vector file with the cutline.
- Check resolution, colour and margins Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and graphics at least 3 mm inside the trim edge.
