Getting your artwork ready
You supply your own design. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because those are editing formats and do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably once opened elsewhere. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can differ from what you see on screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep all text and graphics at least 3mm inside the trim edge. For custom shapes, send artwork with the cutline included. If your file has a problem we cannot fix in-house, we can point you to a professional designer who can help.
