Getting your artwork ready
Send print-ready artwork by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. Accepted file types are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files as artwork, and we cannot use Canva or Google Docs links. The Excel data sheet you use for numbers and codes is separate and is accepted. For die-cut shapes, supply artwork with the cutline as a vector, editable file. Keep resolution at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look a little different from what you see on screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and codes at least 3mm inside the trim edge. We send a proof and print only after you approve it.
