We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links. For a die-cut shape, send your artwork with the cutline included. Keep files at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on your screen. If exact colour matters to you, ask us for a physical sample before your full order. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and important graphics at least 3mm inside the trim edge. Send your artwork by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof, and printing begins only once you approve it.
