How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Use an accepted file type Send PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI and other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, as these are editing formats that do not hold fonts, colour and layout reliably.
- Set up size and bleed Build each page at the correct size, allow 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and logos at least 10 mm inside the trim edge.
- Check your colour Both CMYK and RGB are fine. Printed colour can differ from your screen, so ask for a paid physical sample if exact colour matters to you.
- Send and approve Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
Supply one print-ready file per page, each at the correct size (A3 29.7 x 42 cm, A2 42 x 59.4 cm) and at least 150 DPI at final print size. We do not design the calendar for you, but if your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer. Your file can carry your logo, products, phone numbers and any other branding.
