Calendars & Diaries
A calendar keeps your name in front of a client for twelve months. That is why banks, SACCOs, schools, hotels, clinics, and shops order them every year, usually at the end of the year as a thank-you gift.
For the wall, you will find 12-leaf, 6-leaf, 4-leaf, and 3-leaf calendars, single-page calendars, tear-away calendars, and family calendars. For the desk, there are A4, A5, and A6 desk calendars, plus acrylic and wooden desk calendars. We also print shipping calendars and New Year calendars, and a range of diaries, including CBC school diaries and diary gift sets.
The first question is where it will live. A wall calendar hangs in an office, shop, or home. A desk calendar sits within arm’s reach. A diary travels in a bag. Calendars take 2 to 7 days depending on order size, counted from approved artwork. Wall calendars start from 25 copies.

What is the difference between a 12-leaf, 6-leaf, 4-leaf, and 3-leaf wall calendar?
The number is how many pages it has. A 12-leaf calendar gives each month its own page. A 6-leaf shows two months per page, a 4-leaf three months per page, and a 3-leaf four months per page. Fewer pages cost less, and more pages give more room for pictures.
What is the minimum order for wall calendars?
Wall calendars start from 25 copies.
How long do calendars take?
Calendars take 2 to 7 days depending on order size, counted from when your artwork is correct and approved. We deliver to all counties.
What sizes do wall calendars come in?
Our 12-leaf wall calendars come in A3 or A2. Other types vary, so send the one you are interested in and we will confirm.
Can I get a diary for my school or company?
Yes. CBC school diaries and custom diaries are both available. Tell us the size, the page count, and the number of books you need.
