Prices are quoted per calendar and drop as you order more, from Ksh 436 each at 25 pieces down to Ksh 208 each at 10,000. The minimum order is 25 calendars. Each one measures 210 x 297 mm. Turnaround is 2 to 7 days depending on order size, once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, and you can also collect from our Nairobi office.

How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Send one file per page Supply one file per page, each at the correct A4 size (210 x 297 mm) and at least 150 DPI at final print size.
- Set up bleed and safe area Allow 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text and logos at least 10 mm inside the trim edge.
- Check your colour Both CMYK and RGB are fine. Printed colour can differ from your screen, so ask for a paid physical sample if exact colour matters.
- Send and approve Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
You supply a print-ready file, as we do not offer design services. If your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links.

Should I choose A4 or A5?
A4 gives you more space for your message and branding. A5 is smaller and costs less per calendar. If a bigger branding area matters most, go with A4.
