How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Supply one file per page Send a separate file for each of the four pages, at the correct size: A3 at 29.7 x 42 cm or A2 at 42 x 59.4 cm.
- Use accepted file types We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We cannot accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, as these are editing formats, not print-ready output.
- Set resolution and colour Supply artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, but printed colour can differ from your screen, so ask for a paid sample if exact colour matters.
- Add bleed and keep a safe margin Include 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and keep all text and logos at least 10 mm from the trim edge so nothing gets cut off.
- Send it over and approve the proof Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We issue a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
