What is a 6-leaf wall calendar and how much does it cost in Kenya?
A 6-leaf wall calendar is a six-page calendar with two months printed on each page, bound at the top with spiral o-wire, so it hangs on a wall and lasts the whole year. Each page can carry its own photo, product or message, which gives a business more room to showcase what it offers. It comes in two sizes, A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) and A2 (42 x 59.4 cm), and prints on durable matte art paper. Pricing is per calendar and drops as quantity rises. A3 runs from Ksh 118 each at 10,000 units up to Ksh 275 each at the 25-piece minimum. A2 runs from Ksh 175 each at 10,000 units up to Ksh 872 each at 25. Low minimums, from just 25
You do not need a huge print run to get started. Order as few as 25 calendars, which suits a smaller client list or a first-time order, with the per-calendar price dropping as your quantity grows.
Room for your whole range
With two months on each of the six pages, every page can carry a different product, photo or message. That makes these calendars a good fit for banks, insurance firms, real estate companies, hotels, schools and distributors who have several things to show off.
A3 or A2, your choice
Pick the smaller A3 for a tidy desk-side or office wall, or the larger A2 when you want your branding to carry across a room. Both print on durable matte art paper with spiral o-wire binding.
20 years of print experience behind every order
Print Lion has 20 years across design, print and marketing. We check your artwork, send a proof before we print, and if there is a genuine problem with the print, we reprint it.
What customers say about Print Lion
How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Send one file per page Supply a separate file for each of the six pages, each at the correct size. A3 is 29.7 x 42 cm and A2 is 42 x 59.4 cm.
- Keep it high resolution Files should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, but printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a physical sample if exact colour matters.
- Set your bleed and margins Allow 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and keep all text and logos at least 10 mm from the trim edge so nothing is cut off.
- Send and approve Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
You supply a print-ready file, since we do not offer design services. If your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer. We accept PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links.
