How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Set up your file Design at A5 size, 148 x 210 mm, at a resolution of at least 150 DPI at final print size. Send one file per page, each at the correct size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine.
- Add bleed and keep a safe area Allow 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge. Keep your text and logos at least 10 mm from the trim edge so nothing gets cut off.
- Use an accepted file type Send PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI and other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva or Google Docs links.
- Send it and approve the proof Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof, and printing starts only after you approve it.

You supply a print-ready file with your logo and colours. We do not offer design services, but if your file has a problem we cannot fix, we can point you to a professional designer.
