What is an acrylic desk calendar and how much does it cost in Kenya?
An acrylic desk calendar is a reusable desk calendar made of clear or translucent acrylic that sits on a small base and can be used year after year, instead of being thrown away like a paper calendar every year. Pricing is available on request, and the minimum order is confirmed when you ask for a quote. Sizes are confirmed at the quoting stage, and the base can be wooden, metal or clear acrylic. Turnaround is 2 to 7 days once your artwork is approved, depending on order size. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya, and you can also collect from our Nairobi office. To get a quote, send your quantity and branding details on WhatsApp, phone or email.
A modern, see-through look
The clear acrylic gives a clean, modern finish that suits any desk, from a bank manager's office to a SACCO reception. It looks like a considered gift, not a throwaway.
Used for years, not thrown away
Unlike a paper calendar that gets discarded every January, this one is perpetual. Your logo stays on the desk and in view long after the year it was given.
Low minimums
You do not need a huge order to get started. We keep minimums low, so smaller firms can give a quality desk gift too. The exact minimum is confirmed when you ask for a quote.
Backed by 20 years of experience

Getting your artwork ready
You supply a print-ready file. We do not offer design services, but if your file has a problem that cannot be fixed, we can point you to a professional designer. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can differ from what you see on screen, so ask for a paid sample if exact colour matters. Send your file by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
