How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Prepare your files Send the full inside pages as a single PDF in page order. The cover can be sent as a separate file.
- Send it over Share your artwork by email, WhatsApp, or a shareable link such as Google Drive or WeTransfer.
- Approve your proof We send a proof for you to check. Printing begins only once you approve it.
Getting your artwork ready
Send print-ready artwork as PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because these are editing formats that do not hold fonts, colours and layout reliably. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text at least 10mm from the edge. These rules apply to both the cover and the page layout.
