What is a delivery book and how much does it cost in Kenya?
A delivery book is a No Carbon Required (NCR) book used to record goods handed over to a customer. The customer signs to confirm receipt and keeps one copy, while you keep the signed copy as proof the goods arrived. Because the paper is NCR, whatever you write on the top sheet copies through to the sheets below, so you do not need carbon paper. We print four sizes (A4, A5, A6 and A7), in duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate, with 25, 50 or 100 sets per book, in single colour or full colour. As a guide, 10 A5 duplicate books with 50 sets each cost Ksh 4,000, and every order includes printing, binding, serial numbering and perforation. The minimum order is 1 book for A4, 2 for A5, 4 for A6 and 8 for A7. Books are ready in 1 to 2 days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, and you can also collect from our office.

Getting your artwork ready
We print your delivery book as supplied, so files must be print ready and high resolution. We do not type, edit or typeset forms. You can supply your own design, even one created with AI tools. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen. Add 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge and keep text at least 10 mm from the trim edge. Send your file by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
