What is a cash sale book and how do you order one in Kenya?
A cash sale book records sales that are paid for on the spot. The customer takes the top copy as proof of payment and you keep a copy as your record. Print Lion’s cash sale books are No Carbon Required (NCR) books, so writing on the top sheet copies through to the sheets below without carbon paper. Each book is glued at the top with a back board, and serial numbering and perforation come with every order. They come in A4, A5, A6 and A7, in duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate, with 25, 50 or 100 sets per book, printed single colour or full colour. As an example, 10 A5 duplicate books with 50 sets each cost Ksh 4,000. Books are ready in one to two days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya, and you can also collect from the Print Lion office on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
No carbon paper to fuss with
These are NCR books, so writing on the top sheet copies straight through to the sheets below. One copy for your customer, one for you, no messy carbon paper in between.
Numbered and perforated as standard
Serial numbering and perforation come on every order, not as an extra. That makes it easy to track each cash sale and tear out a clean copy when you check your daily takings.
Built for shops and dukas
Shops, dukas, wholesalers, hardware stores, chemists and market traders use these every day to record cash sales. Pick the size and number of sets that fit how busy your counter gets.
Your design, printed properly
Send your own print-ready design, including one made with AI tools, and Print Lion prints it for you in single colour or full colour, ready in one to two days.
What customers say about Print Lion
Getting your artwork ready
Files are printed as supplied, so your artwork must be print ready and high resolution. Print Lion does not type, edit or typeset forms. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher files, and Canva or Google Docs links are not accepted. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size, with 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and text kept at least 10 mm from the trim edge. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. Printing starts only after you approve the proof.
