What are continuation sheets and how much do they cost in Kenya?
A continuation sheet is a plain A4 sheet used alongside your letterhead when an official letter or document runs onto a second page or more. It leaves out some of the letterhead details, so you get more room for text while the pages still match. Pricing starts from Ksh 2 per sheet, with the final price depending on your order size and artwork. The minimum order is one ream of 500 sheets. You can choose normal 80gsm printing paper or special watermarked paper, printed one side or both, in one colour or full colour. Orders are ready in one to two days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery to all counties in Kenya is available, or you can collect from our office on Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
They match your letterhead
Your multi-page letters stay neat and consistent from page one to the last page, so official documents still look the part.
Normal or watermarked paper
Choose standard 80gsm printing paper for everyday letters, or special watermarked paper when you want a more official, secure feel.
Quick, professional printing
Your sheets are ready in one to two days once artwork is approved, printed cleanly in one colour or full colour on one or both sides.
Delivery or collection
We deliver to all counties in Kenya, or you can collect your order from our office on the 2nd floor of Tumaini House, Moi Avenue.
What customers say about Print Lion
Getting your artwork ready
You supply the print-ready artwork. Print Lion does not design the files, but we can point you to a professional designer if you need one. Accepted formats are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. We do not accept Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Publisher files, or Canva and Google Docs links, because these are editing formats and do not reliably keep fonts, colours and layout. Supply artwork at A4 size and at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on screen, so ask for a sample if exact colour matters. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text at least 10mm inside the trim edge. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof first and only print once you approve it.
