Pricing starts from Ksh 2 per sheet, with the final price depending on your order size and artwork. The minimum order is one ream, which is 500 sheets. Forms are ready in one to two days once your artwork is correct and approved. Delivery is available to all counties in Kenya, and you can also collect from our office on Moi Avenue in Nairobi.

Getting your artwork ready
You provide the print-ready artwork. Print Lion does not design the form. Accepted formats are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher files, and Canva or Google Docs links are not accepted. Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from what you see on screen. Allow 2mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep text within a safe area at least 10mm from the trim edge. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and only start printing once you approve it.
