How to prepare your artwork for printing
- Accepted file types Send your artwork as PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, or AI or other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher files, and Canva or Google Docs links are not accepted, as these are editing formats and do not reliably hold fonts, colours or layout once opened elsewhere.
- Resolution and colour Artwork should be at least 150 DPI at final print size. Both CMYK and RGB are fine. Printed colour can differ from what you see on screen, so ask for a physical sample first if exact colour matters to you.
- Bleed and safe margins Allow 2 mm of bleed beyond the trim edge, and keep any text at least 10 mm from the trim edge. This applies to both the cover and the page layout.
- Cover and inside pages Send the full inside pages as a single PDF in page order. The cover can be a separate file.
- Send your files Send your files by email, WhatsApp, or a shareable link. We will send a proof, and printing begins only after you approve it.
