What is a triplicate book and how much does it cost in Kenya?
A triplicate book is a three-part form book, where each set has one original and two copies, used for any form that needs three copies such as invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders. Print Lion’s triplicate books are No Carbon Required (NCR) books, so writing on the top sheet copies through to the sheets below without any carbon paper. They come in four sizes, A4, A5, A6 and A7, in single colour or full colour, with 25, 50 or 100 sets per book, and every order includes printing, binding, serial numbering and perforation. Price depends on size, number of parts, sets per book and quantity. As an example, 10 A5 triplicate books with 50 sets each cost Ksh 5,250. Minimum order varies by size, from 1 book for A4 up to 8 for A7. Getting your artwork ready
Files are printed as supplied, so your artwork must be print-ready and high resolution. Print Lion does not type, edit or typeset forms. Accepted files are PDF, high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PSD, and AI or other vector files. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher files, and Canva or Google Docs links are not accepted. Keep artwork at least 150 DPI at final print size, with 2 mm bleed beyond the trim edge and text at least 10 mm from the trim edge. Both CMYK and RGB are fine, though printed colour can look different from your screen. Send your files by email, WhatsApp or a shareable link. We send a proof and printing starts only after you approve it.
